Good Samaritan injured in west Belfast attack

A good Samaritan was punched on the nose and hit about the head as he tried to get an ambulance for another man who had been attacked in west Belfast.

 The first assault took place at midnight on Thursday, March 14, in a Glen Road bar's toilets.

The second man went outside to phone for an ambulance and he was also attacked.

Police appealed for witnesses.
