There will be a zip in the air over the River Lagan this weekend as hundreds of people take part in a daredevil charity challenge.
Adults and teenagers will zip-line across the river from the Odyssey to the city side at Lagan Weir to raise funds for Cancer Fund for Children.
They will travel at 35-40 mph over the 250m from a height of 46m on Saturday and Sunday.
The family of Sorcha Glenn from Londonderry, who died aged 23 of cervical cancer, will cheer them on. Sorcha's mother Christina had appealed for people to take on the challenge to raise money to support the Cancer Fund's activities, particularly for Daisy Lodge, the centre's funded residential centre in Newcastle.
