Police in Antrim have appealed for information after receiving a report of a man urinating from a railway station footbridge onto a woman standing beneath him.

The incident happened at Antrim train station between 4.45pm and 4.48pm on Monday.

The man was wearing a dark baseball cap, a three-quarter length dark, long sleeved coat with a red top underneath, dark trousers, and dark trainers with a white sole.

He had scruffy grey stubble and is in his mid-40s.

He is described as between 5ft 10ins and 6ft in height and of slim build.

Alliance MLA John Blair said that he was disgusted by the incident.

"This is not the sort of behaviour that should be tolerated anywhere and I would call on anyone with information to pass it on to police as soon as possible," he said.

Anyone with information should contact police on 101, quoting reference 2446 10/06/2019.
