
A device used to encourage young people to get into computer programming sparked concerns it may have been something more sinister.
Police in Belfast received a report of a suspicious device in Berry Street on Thursday morning.
On attending officers said they found a Kano Computer Kit Complete programming device for kids.
The device is a basic computer which encourages people to develop their computer skills. It is encased in a clear plastic box showing its internal wiring.
Police have asked anyone who may have lost the device to get in touch on 101 quoting reference number 244 of August 16.
