Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn has been invited to give a lecture at Queen's University Belfast.
The event, on May 24 2018, will be the MP's first major speaking engagement in Northern Ireland since he became the leader of the Labour Party in 2015.
He is expected to speak about key issues relevant to Northern Ireland, including Brexit and upholding the Good Friday Agreement.
The address will be followed by a question and answer session, facilitated by Professor Richard English, Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Internationalisation and Engagement.
The free event will be at 11am at the Whitla Hall.
