Lisburn home targeted by petrol bomb

Police are appealing for information after a petrol bomb was thrown at a house in the Lisburn area.

The device was hurled against a concrete wall of the property at Drumlough Gardens just before 10.30pm on Thursday night.

However, it burnt itself out. Detectives are especially keen to hear from anyone with information about a dark-coloured Ford Mondeo car seen in the area around the time.

The attack is understood to be linked to a previous incident on Monday, April 30.
