Man accused of stealing and burning out car due in court

A 32-year-old has been charged in connection with stealing and later burning out a car in Larne on May 2.
Detectives in Larne are bringing charges of arson, three counts of theft and aggravated vehicle taking causing damage to the vehicle.
He is expected to appear before Ballymena Magistrates Court on Friday, May 4.
The man was arrested on May 2 at the Kilwaughter service station on the Belfast Road.
Earlier that day a Silver Hyundai was taken from Larne Leisure Centre carpark around 5pm before being abandoned on the Ballyrickard Road area of Larne and set alight.
