Man arrested after Belfast church burglary released

A man has been arrested following a burglary at a church in south Belfast.

Cabling was stolen during during the burglary, which happened at around 3.25am on Thursday at Fisherwick Presbyterian Church.

Police said a man was seen loading the cabling into a Volkswagen Golf.

The 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary. He was later released on police bail pending further investigation.
