Man arrested over endangering safety of Northern Ireland Flybe flight

A 30-year-old man has been arrested following an incident on board a Northern Ireland-bound flight.

He was arrested at George Best Belfast City Airport on Thursday afternoon.

The man was questioned on suspicion of acting in a disorderly manner on board an aircraft and endangering the safety of an aircraft.

The incident happened on board a Flybe flight from Liverpool to Belfast.

He has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
