Man arrested over incident on Flybe Liverpool-Belfast flight

A man has been arrested on suspicion of endangering the safety of a flight from Liverpool to Belfast.

The 30-year-old was detained at Belfast City Airport on Thursday afternoon, the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said.

He was held on suspicion of acting in a disorderly manner on board an aircraft and endangering the safety of an aircraft.

The arrest was linked to an incident on a Flybe flight from Liverpool.

The man was later released on bail pending further police inquiries.
