Man charged over creeper style burglary and road crash in Belfast

A 26-year-old man has been charged with burglary and motoring offences following an incident in Dundonald on Friday night.

Detectives have charged the man with burglary, burglary with intent to steal, aggravated vehicle taking causing damage to the vehicle, theft, handling stolen goods, interference with vehicles and a number of motoring offences.

He is expected to appear before Newtownards Magistrates Court on Monday.

The charges are in connection with the arrest of a man in the Wilson Street area of west Belfast on Friday night after a BMW car stolen in a creeper style burglary in the Old Dundonald Road area of Dundonald was involved in a road traffic collision.
