A 34-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a 29-year-old man in east Belfast.

He is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court on Monday.

On Sunday night police were called to a house in Titania Street off Cregagh Road.

The victim was treated at the scene for stab injuries, and was taken to Royal Victoria Hospital where he died a short time later.

A 30-year-old man was also arrested in connection with the incident and has since been released unconditionally.
