Man charged with attempted murder in Larne loyalist feud
A man has been charged with attempted murder in relation to an incident police said was connected to a loyalist feud in Larne.
The 24-year-old has also been charged with carrying a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence, hijacking, aggravated taking and driving away.
The charges are in connection with an incident in the Brustin Brae Road area of Larne on Monday, September 11.
A car was hijacked and shots were fired at a house in the Co Antrim town. The window of a child's bedroom window was hit in the attack while a car was set alight and destroyed.
The man is expected to appear before Ballymena Magistrates' Court on Wednesday. Another man has already appeared in court in connection with the incident.
