A man arrested in England has been charged with a Northern Ireland murder 15 years ago.

The suspect, 45, is accused by detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) of killing Kevin Conway, 30, who was found shot in Mid Ulster in February 1998.

The charge follows a review of the original murder investigation.

The victim was discovered shot in the Soldierstown Road area of Aghalee.

The accused is due to appear at Craigavon Magistrates' Court in the morning. Detectives have appealed for anybody with information to come forward.
