Man dies after ‘fall from height’ in Belfast
A man is believed to have died after falling from a height in the Stockmans Way area of west Belfast, Q Radio has reported.
Emergency services and paramedics raced to the scene of the incident, which occurred late yesterday afternoon as the evening rush hour was beginning.
The Air Ambulance was scrambled to provided assistance following the reports that a man had fallen.
A Northern Ireland Ambulance Service spokesperson confirmed that the NIAS were dispatched to the incident.
"The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service received a call at 4.05pm on Friday, April 27 following reports of a male who had fallen from a height in the west Belfast area," the spokesperson said.
"Two rapid response paramedics, two paramedic officers and one emergency ambulance crew were dispatched to the incident.
"No one was taken from the scene," the Ambulance Service spokesman said.
