Man found dead at property is set to be laid to rest

The funeral will take place today of manslaughter victim Paul Curran.

The father-of-two was found dead at a house in the Taghnevan area of Lurgan last Thursday afternoon.

His funeral will take place at 1.45pm this afternoon from his grandmother Mary's home at New Street in Lurgan to St Peter's Church for Requiem Mass at 2.30pm.

He will be buried afterwards in St Colman's Cemetery.

The family has asked that donations in lieu of flowers be made to Addiction NI.

A 37-year-old man has been charged with Mr Curran's manslaughter.

Mr Curran was the son of Paula and Frankie Curran and brother of Anne Marie, Catriona and Frankie jnr.

A 31-year-old woman and 36-year-old man also arrested in connection to the investigation were later released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
