Man found with head injuries after bike stolen in Belfast city centre assault
A man has been treated in hospital after he was found with a head injury after an assault in Belfast City Centre.
Police said at around 8pm on Sunday the man was found bleeding from the head and taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries.
It is believed he had earlier been on a bicycle and was attacked by a man accompanied by a woman who then stole the bike.
Detective Inspector Richard Thornton said: "Anyone with information should contact 101 quoting reference 1223 of 17/09/17, or if they wish to remain anonymous Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
