Man shot twice in Belfast attack

A man has been shot in the back and leg in North Belfast.

The victim, 37, received two gunshot wounds and was taken to hospital for treatment. His injuries are not life-threatening, police said.

The attack happened in Brompton Park on Sunday afternoon.

Police are particularly keen to hear from a man wearing a baseball cap who got into a silver car after the shooting and headed off in the direction of Ardoyne Road.
