Man taken to hospital after Belfast crash

A man has been taken to hospital after crashing his car on Belfast's Springfield Road.

The car ended up on its roof after a one vehicle collision on Sunday afternoon.

The Springfield Road was closed between Iris Street and Malcolmson Street for a number of hours but has now reopened.

Police, the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service and the Ambulance Service attended the scene.

A PSNI spokesperson confirmed that one man was taken to hospital for treatment to non life-threatening injuries.
