Man undergoes facial surgery after Belfast assault
A man has undergone facial surgery after being assaulted by a group of men as he left a west Belfast bar.
The 25-year-old was first attacked by one man on the Monagh Road at around 1.30am on August 19.
It's understood a further three to four men then kicked him while he lay on the ground.
He was treated in hospital for injuries to his face which required surgery.
Police have appealed for information.
