Man undergoes surgery on jaw after attack

A 33-year-old man has suffered a broken jaw after being attacked by three men while out walking his dog.

The victim was set upon in the Juniper area of Twinbrook on Sunday, July 21.

Shortly before 9pm he was approached by three men before one of the group punched him - knocking him to the ground unconscious.

He suffered a number of head injuries during the attack and has since undergone surgery to his jaw.

His attackers are said to be in their late teens or early 20s.

One was wearing blue floral shorts and a white t-shirt, while a second had 'cropped blonde hair' and was wearing grey tracksuit bottoms with no top.
