Max Roddy - the cigarette-smoking, personal-training maverick of the north west - has given the Belfast Telegraph a shout out in his latest video.
In the new short, Max Roddy talks about the benefits of being a personal trainer, and puts paid to doubts his clients have about his methods.
At the opening of the video, Roddy reveals the question he gets asked the most: What is the best part of being a PT?
"The birds love it," he says, before the footage cuts to a lengthy sequence of Roddy feeding pigeons in Londonderry's Guildhall Square.
He is then seen meeting clients at his training facility, a salubrious garden shed set-up complete with graffiti and boards on the windows.
At around three minutes in, faced with rumoured doubts around his training methods, Roddy points to an online article from the Belfast Telegraph he has printed out and stuck to the wall as proof of his credibility.
The video has been viewed more than 14,000 times on Facebook, and shared more than 200 times.
