Motorcyclist injured in one vehicle crash outside Lisburn

A motorcyclist has been injured in a crash outside Lisburn.

The one vehicle crash happened just after 1.30pm on Thursday December 24.

Purdysburn Hill between Belfast and Lisburn was closed between Fort Road and Hospital Road.

It has since re-opened.

A spokesman for the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service said they arrived at the scene within four minutes after receiving a call at 1.37pm.

A rapid response paramedic, Accident and Emergency crew and a doctor were sent to the scene.

Emergency services remain at the scene.
