New appeal over missing man Hugh Toner

Police have renewed their appeal for information about a man who has been missing for two decades.

Hugh Toner, who would now be 76 years old, went missing from Craigavon Area Hospital on February 7, 1994.

Mr Toner, from Hawthorne Lane, Dublin Road, Newry, is of slim build, blue eyes, grey hair and has a grey complexion.

A PSNI spokesman said: "Despite extensive inquiries at the time of Hugh's disappearance, his whereabouts remain unknown.

"With the 20th anniversary of his disappearance, police and his family are renewing their appeal for information or indeed for Hugh to contact them to let them know he is alive and well."
