New appeal over missing Northern Ireland schoolboy John Crumlish

By Mark Edwards

Police have issued a fresh appeal about a missing 15-year-old boy, saying they are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

John Crumlish, who is from the Omagh area, was last seen on March 17 and was reported missing that evening.

It is understood one sighting of John has been reported to police since he went missing 17 days ago.

A Lisnaskea woman said her little boy had been speaking to the missing Omagh teenager in Enniskillen on St Patrick's Day.

John is described as 5ft 3ins tall with dark brown hair and blue eyes.

He was wearing skinny jeans, a black and grey Nike hoodie and black and white Converse trainers.

Independent Omagh councillor Joanne Donnelly said: "Everyone is desperately worried about his safety.

"If he has gone away from home with friends, I hope he gets in touch with his family.

"They must be worried sick."

Anyone with information should contact police on 101, quoting reference number 1111 17/03/18."
