Work has begun on a luxury multi-million-pound Porsche showroom in Belfast.
Isaac Agnew Holdings is overseeing the development, which will deal with sales and servicing and will be located in the city's Titanic Quarter.
There is already one Porsche dealership in the city, on the Boucher Road in south Belfast, which is home to a number of other car showrooms.
Porsche sales reached an eight-year high here during 2015, according to figures from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT).
The firm sold 205 models locally last year, which was up by 55% on two years previously.
Local demand for the make outstripped the rest of the UK, where sales increased by only a third.
However, overall new car sales stagnated in Northern Ireland in November for the second month in a row, while the Volkswagen Golf was once again the most popular model, according to the SMMT.
While sales in the first 11 months of the year were up by 0.3% here, the November sales figure was stagnant.
