A yellow weather warning is currently in place across Northern Ireland for ice.

The warning is in force from 5am until 9am on Friday morning (December 10).

The Met Office has warned that icy patches may cause some travel disruption throughout the morning, with further showers later on.

There may be some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces and icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths are likely.
