A full closure of the A29 is being put in place between the Tullycullion Road and Thomas Street Roundabout, Dungannon due to a land slip and unstable ground.

Engineers are enroute to assess the ground but due to the earlier slip, as well as the height of the banks and the narrowness of the road the road is going to be closed. Diversions are going to be through Donaghmore.

The road is likely to remain closed into the morning rush hour so motorists should allow extra time for their journey.

Police are also warning of possible traffic disruption on approach roads to the SSE Arena, Belfast from Wednesday evening, due to the Riverdance shows.

Riverdance have seven shows over the next five days, including Matinee shows on Saturday and Sunday. All shows are expected to be at maximum attendance.
