OAP charged with traffic offence
A 76-year-old man is to go on trial next month at the Magistrates Court in Londonderry charged with contravening a traffic sign.
Aubry Walker from Ardlough Road said that he and his wife would be giving evidence.
He denies the charge.
The defendant said his wife couldn't attend "because she has recently been kicked by a horse."
