On-street drinkers hit by Belfast City Council fines
Three men have been fined for on-street drinking in prosecutions brought by Belfast City Council.
Thomas Ramsey, of Cu Chulainn House in Victoria Parade, was fined £60 for each of three offences which were committed in the Fountain Lane and Castle Arcade areas of the city centre at the end of April this year.
He was ordered to pay £50 in costs.
Paul Collins, with an address in Divis Street, Belfast, was also fined £60 and ordered to pay £50 in costs. Peter Hutchinson, also with an address in Divis Street, was fined £40.
He was ordered to pay £66 in costs.
