Pair armed with stun gun threaten staff during attempted armed robbery in Belfast

Two men have threatened shop staff during an attempted armed robbery in Belfast.

It happened at around 1.30pm on Oxford Street in the city centre on Friday.

Two men threatened staff at a shop, before making off empty handed.

One was said to be armed with a stun gun.

They are described as being aged in their late teens - one wearing a white hooded top, and the second was wearing a brown hooded top.

Police have appealed for information.
