An ambulance carrying a seriously ill patient crashed on the way to hospital in Belfast, emergency services have said.
The woman patient and a doctor on board were taken to the Erne Hospital following the accident near Brookeborough, Co Fermanagh.
No other vehicles were involved, police confirmed.
The ambulance was on its way from the Erne to Belfast.
Four other people in the vehicle - two ambulance crew and two nurses - were treated for minor injuries at the scene.
An Ambulance Service spokesman said: "An ambulance transferring a seriously ill patient from the Erne Hospital to Belfast has been involved in a road traffic collision near Brookeborough.
"Currently, the situation is that the patient and the doctor who was accompanying her have been returned to the Erne Hospital for treatment for their injuries."
