Police investigating the paramilitary displays at the wake and funeral of Peggy O'Hara have arrested a man.
The 39-year-old was arrested in Claudy this morning and taken to Belfast for questioning.
Dozens of people in paramilitary-style uniform attended the July funeral of Peggy O'Hara - the mother of INLA member Patsy O'Hara who died on hunger strike in the Maze Prison in 1981.
Days before the funeral masked men were filmed firing shots over her coffin outside her home.
Police were criticised for appearing to allow the funeral procession to proceed without intervening.
However, Chief Constable George Hamilton defended his officers actions saying they were in attendance gathering evidence.
