A pensioner was dragged to the ground in a mugging in Larne on Saturday morning.
The 63-year-old victim was at a pay station in a public car park in Agnew Street when a man approached and grabbed her handbag.
When the woman did not let go, she was dragged to the ground and suffered a number of injuries including a broken finger.
The robber made off with her handbag and the victim was taken to hospital for treatment.
The man is described as being aged in his early 20s, of stocky build, with short dark hair and wearing casual clothing.
Police have been conducting enquiries in the area in an attempt to identify the man and have appealed to anyone who witnessed this incident or who saw the man in the area around 8.25am to contact them on the new non-emergency number 101.
