A woman has escaped injury after her car crashed into the front garden of a house between Londonderry and Strabane.

Both rear wheels can be seen in the air off the side of the Victoria Road near Bready.

Three fire engines were sent to the scene as well as the police and ambulance service.

The woman had freed herself from the car before the arrival of firefighters.

She was taken to hospital as a precaution.
