A missing 15-year-old girl has been spotted in north Belfast, police have said as they appeal for information on her whereabouts.

Leighe Arundell, who speaks with a Cork accent, was last seen at approximately 2pm on Monday September 28 walking citywards along the Antrim Road, Belfast.

Inspector Swann said: “Leighe who speaks with a Cork accent is described as being approximately 5’4” tall, medium build, ruddy complexion with long thick wavy auburn hair.  She was wearing a blue track top, black track bottoms, black trainers and wearing large gold hoop earrings.   Leighe also has a tattoo of the word ‘Jimmy’ on her left hand.

“Police would ask Leighe or anyone who knows of her whereabouts to contact Police at Tennent Street on the non-emergency number 101.”
