Police probe death of woman, 30

Police have launched an investigation into the death of a 30-year-old woman.

A body was found in the Antrim Road area of Belfast at around 8.30am today.

A post-mortem examination is to be carried out to determine the cause of death.

A police spokesman said there were no further details at this stage.

It is believed the woman may have fallen from the window of a house or flat.

A source said detectives were not treating the death as suspicious at this stage, but that could change as investigations continue.

The circumstances of the death are currently being described as "unexplained".
