The lunchtime demonstrations come on the day the first 1,000 civil servants to be given voluntary exits leave their jobs.
The province's largest Civil Service union Nipsa warned if a factory had closed with the loss of 1,000 jobs politicians would be in uproar.
The protests are to be at jobs and benefits offices, social security offices and job centres between 12.30pm and 1pm.
