The PSNI and Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) responded to the incident at around 11.40pm on Wednesday.

The three vehicles were discovered on fire at Inver Road in the town, close to Larne Football Club's grounds.

The NIFRS said two appliances were sent to the fire, which was dealt with by 12.30am and is being treated as deliberate.
