QUB to host donation drive for little Charlie Craig
A Belfast venue has been added to the bone marrow donation drive to help save little Charlie Craig's life.
Three-year-old Charlie has been battling acute myeloid leukaemia since January 2013 – an aggressive disease especially rare in children, which requires specialist treatment.
The Craig family have organised a donation drive in Cookstown for people to come forward for immediate testing to find out if they could be a life-saving match. And now, they have added a Belfast venue, at the Whitla Hall in Queen's University, Belfast.
Charlie's donation drive is on from 10am-4pm on March 22 at Cookstown High School and Queen's University Belfast's Whitla Hall.
