Sinn Fein has condemned the shooting of a man in west Belfast last night - the third paramilitary-style shooting in the city this week.
It's understood a man in his 40s was taken to hospital in an ambulance after shots were fired.
West Belfast MLA Pat Sheehan said the man was shot and injured in in the Divismore area of Ballymurphy.
"This comes only days after another shooting in the area and the community wants these attacks to end immediately," he said.
There were two paramilitary-style shootings in Belfast on Sunday night. A 41-year-old man was shot five times in Ballymurphy and a man aged 26 was shot three times in his legs in the New Lodge.
