Smiles as Sullivan reach first Schools' Cup final

Rain definitely didn't stop play as Sullivan Upper defeated Coleraine Inst to make it through to their first ever Schools' Cup final.

Hundreds of pupils braved the elements to cheer on their schools as they battled to secure a place in the coveted showpiece.

The semi-final match saw both sides reduced to 14 men as Sullivan's Chris Jordan and Coleraine's Jake Scott were dismissed for an off-the-ball incident as tempers flared.

And it was the Holywood school who came out on top, eventually winning 27-14. They will now take on Methodist College in the St Patrick's Day final held at Ravenhill.
