Screen stars and sporting heroes teamed up in London last night for a gala screening of 'Kicking Off', a new soccer-themed British film now on general release in the UK.

England international turned TV pundit Gary Lineker rubbed shoulders with the likes of glamour girl Lucy Pinder, former wife Danielle Bux and funnyman Jack Whitehall at the screening.

'Kicking Off' tells the story of loyal football supporters Wigsy and Cliff as they embark on a frenzied journey to change a referee's decision who disallows their team's goal. In the process, they kidnap the hapless ref - played by the Night Manager's Alastair Petrie .
