Teen knocked out after slipping on ice in Northern Ireland town
The air ambulance was tasked to the scene after a 16-year-old boy slipped on ice and was knocked unconscious in Lurgan.
The ambulance service received a 999 call at 8.43am on Wednesday after the boy slipped on ice in William Street and temporarily lost consciousness.
An emergency crew was sent to the scene. The Charity Air Ambulance was also tasked to the incident.
Following assessment and initial treatment at the scene, the patient was taken, by ambulance, to Craigavon Area Hospital.
