Teenager charged with Karol Kelly Derry murder

A 17-year-old is to appear in court on Thursday charged with the murder of Karol Kelly.

Mr Kelly (35) was killed during an altercation on Grafton Street in the Rosemount area of Derry in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Two brothers appeared at Londonderry Magistrates' Court on Wednesday charged in connection with the murder.

The 17-year-old male will appear in Londonderry Magistrates Court on Thursday. As is usual procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
