Teen's teeth knocked out in sectarian attack

A 16-year-old youth sustained a fractured cheekbone and had two teeth knocked out in what is believed to have been a sectarian attack.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the assault, which happened in the car park of a hotel on Antrim Road in Templepatrick, shortly before 1am on Tuesday.

It is understood four males were involved and police are keen to speak to them or anyone else who may have witnessed what happened.
