Don’t miss the results and analysis of our exclusive cross-border opinion poll in this Saturday’s Belfast Telegraph and the Sunday Life.
As the centenary of the partition of the island of Ireland looms, the Belfast Telegraph and Irish Independent have worked with global research experts Kantar to establish what people north and south of the border think about the future.
The poll, which was completed by a sample representative of the population both sides of the border, has delved into the big questions, aiming to present a picture of the current mood across the island. Is it time to put the border to the vote? What would respondents’ preferred outcome be? Do they think this would jeopardise peace?
The questions also investigate issues such as power-sharing, healthcare and the NHS, travel and passports, flags and even national football teams.
At a time when the vaccine roll-out and Brexit have been top of the political agenda, the results and analysis of this exclusive poll will offer a glimpse into what the future might hold, border or no border, United Kingdom or United Ireland.
Pick up the Belfast Telegraph and Sunday Life this weekend and find out more.
