Three men and woman assaulted in Belfast brawl

Three men and woman were injured in a brawl in east Belfast.

It happened on the Upper Newtownards Road between Earlswood Road and Eastleigh Drive on Sunday, 29th October at around 1am.

The men suffered a broken nose, cuts to the face and head, and needed hospital treatment. The woman suffered bruising and a cut to her ear but did not go to hospital.

A 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault but was later released on police bail, pending further enquiries.

Police are appealing for information.
