Three men attacked by gang wielding wheel braces and hammers in Belfast

Three men have been attacked with wheel braces and hammers in Belfast

They were assaulted by a gang in the on the Grosvenor Road close to Servia Street at around 7.30pm on Friday.

The victims were taken to hospital for treatment to head injuries, which are not thought to be life-threatening.

PSNI detective sergeant Natalie McNally has appealed for witnesses to this incident to contact detectives in Musgrave on 101.

Information can also be given anonymously through the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
