Two climbers taken to hospital after 50m fall at Co Antrim cliffs
Two climbers have been taken to hospital after falling at Fairhead in Co Antrim.
The Coastguard said that the climbers fell up to 50 metres at Hell's Kitchen and suffered serious injuries.
Rescue teams, the ambulance service and a Coastguard helicopter attended the scene, near Ballycastle.
The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service and the PSNI also attended.
"Coastguards on scene assisted by North West Mountain Rescue Team stabilised the casualties," a Coastguard spokesperson said.
"Rescue 118 winched both casualties into the helicopter and they were flown to Belfast Royal Victoria Hospital."
